  • The Blazing Initiator shows ownership, initiative, and loves a challenge.  They will rise to every occasion without fail.
  • The Disciplined Detailer is a task-oriented, procedural lover of detail.  You may never see one in action behind the scenes, but the trail of completion assures you one was there!
  • The Caring Cultivator is a compassionate protector and nurturer.  Just try to hurt those close to them and you'll see the protector in full form.
  • The Magnetic Inspirer is a motivational team builder.  If you see a great team, you can be sure their influence was successfully at workl!
